We just got our carpets cleaned today and so far it looks great. One complaint was that they were supposed to come between 12:30-1:30pm. I took off work this morning to be here and had my pets locked in my bedroom in preparation.

Dan and Luther were great!! Very friendly and respectful. Dan told me about the process and pointed out things as necessary while doing the carpet cleaning. The carpets look great despite being well over 30 years old. I would definitely recommend them and will use them again if need be!!

I have used McCreary’s for the past 15 years. The quality of the service is great. I have a new home with wool carpet and they let me know what to expect and what things I shouldn’t treat it with. The owner is a wealth of knowledge, and always has ideas to address my specific issues, even if they aren’t services they offer. They are the best!

I had a great experience with McCreary. They were very helpful on the phone when I explained the issue and got me in the next day. They even came early after verifying with me it was okay. Justin and Dan were very polite and thorough. They did a great job! I will definitely use them again.

Everyone I worked with at McCreary was extremely friendly and informative! Customer service was top notch. When it came to cleaning the carpet in my home, they were efficient yet thorough in their work. I also had them clean our aid ducts, and they did a nice job. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone or to work with them in the future!

They may seem more pricy than national brands but their quality and integrity is scenic to none. Even after the job if there are any issues they will come back. Our home has older carpet and it’s unbelievable how well they look weeks after cleaning!!
