We offer multiple services: Carpet cleaning, air duct cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning.

Job Duties:

    • Personal hygiene and proper work attire.

    • Have a sense of urgency.

    • Be on time.

    • Assist lead technician in all duties.

    • Set-up and tear-down on job sites using standard procedure.

    • Safely move furniture and put blocks or tabs under to protect the carpet.

    • Wipe all areas with a dry cloth that obtain unwanted water.

    • Rake the carpet and apply fabric protection or deodorizers.

    • Before departure from the job site, account for all cleaning tools and safe cleaning agents.

    • Organize van, when the lead technician is performing other responsibilities.

  • End of the day inventory on van for blocks, tabs, safe cleaning agents, booties, and dry cloths.

    Physical demands:

    The physical demands must be met by an employee to perform this job.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee is required to drive or ride in a cleaning van or other vehicle. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Job Duties:

  • Touch base with lead technicians upon arriving.

  • Create a daily-to-do work sheet

  • Maintain a professional tone with clients.

  • Have a sense of urgency.

  • Be on time.

  • Handle a high volume of calls.

  • Take payment over the phone.

  • Listen and answers question truthfully with knowledge about the company and equipment/services.

  • Respond to emails and voice-mails efficiently.

  • Create and manage schedules according to job location.

  • Work efficiently and effectively using phone and computer.

  • Treat every client as they are family.
